1. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All content, templates, frameworks, prompts, documents, and training materials (“Materials”) provided through this Kajabi site and related download links are the exclusive intellectual property of NOVA GROWTH SYSTEMS LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property law.

By purchasing or accessing these materials, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own internal business purposes only.

2. Permitted Use Scope

Licenses are issued per Market Center or business entity. If you are purchasing on behalf of a multi-location organization, you must purchase a separate license for each location intending to use or implement these materials.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Share, duplicate, distribute, sublicense, or resell any of the materials in any form—digital or physical
Post any content to public forums, shared cloud drives, agent groups, or online libraries
Reuse any part of the content in training others outside your own Market Center or brokerage unless explicitly authorized in writing

Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action for breach of intellectual property rights.

4. Resale & Redistribution Restriction

You may not resell, license, share, or grant access to any of the templates, frameworks, Notion systems, SOPs, or bot setup materials provided post-purchase to any third party without the express written permission of NOVA GROWTH SYSTEMS LLC.

This includes:

Including them in paid coaching offers
Sharing them with other agents, Market Centers, or brokerages
Distributing any part of the content internally beyond your own licensed location

5. No Guarantees or Results Warranty

While the tools and systems provided are designed to create operational efficiency and business leverage, NOVA GROWTH SYSTEMS LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific business results, profitability, staffing outcomes, or agent retention. All use and implementation are at the sole discretion and risk of the purchaser.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues accessing your materials, support will be provided to resolve access problems promptly.

7. Modification & Termination Rights

NOVA GROWTH SYSTEMS LLC reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this agreement at any time without prior notice.

Violation of these terms may result in:

Termination of product access
Revocation of license
Legal action for damages related to unauthorized use or distribution

8. Governing Law & Venue

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

Any dispute arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
